My Story
My journey began with a passion for helping women transform their lives through health and wellness. After facing my own challenges with fitness, nutrition, and self-care, I discovered the power of a holistic approach to well-being. This journey led me to become a certified expert in women's coaching, Pilates, glute training, and nutrition. Create Your Healthy Self is born from my desire to share these insights and support other women in creating their healthiest, happiest selves. I grew up with scoliosis and a feeling of needing to be perfect to be liked by others. Misleading information caused me to be more confused and fall for the complicated diets that big brands push on us. The real truth is a balanced way of eating and not starving ourselves is the solution for a healthy and balanced life and hormones. Aiming to stay have a pain-free body led me to pursue a career as a personal trainer and specifically as a women's coach.
